Maybe it’s wishful thinking, but as the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations gain more traction, we may finally have to address the grotesque economic injustice that has grown so stark in the last few decades.
Lech Walesa, one of the great heroes of our time, has announced that he is coming to Wall Street to support the protestors, though no date is set yet. That’s a big deal, because Walesa is a lot harder to dismiss than a 20-something kid.
